I am always up for a little craft night, so when Paper Source at Shops Around Lenox invited me to one of their Holiday Card Workshops, I just couldn’t say no. What’s better than crafting with friends, Rosé and food without having to buy all of the expensive tools and supplies? Plus, now at least 4 family members will get Christmas cards from me this year. Here’s what I made.

We created 4 different types of holiday cards using embossing, sticker makers and 3D supplies. The embossing process was so cool, and I’m a bit jealous of people who get to use embossers for a living. It’s too cool to see a powdery stamp go from powder to liquid beauty! We also created a 3D ornament card that can actually be detached and used as an ornament — how creative! My favorite part was the freestyle; we could use any supplies we wanted and use our imagination fully!

I had no idea that Paper Source hosted DIY event workshops throughout the year. I will most definitely sign up for another one. The price varies, as does the subject of the workshop, but it ranges from card making to gift wrapping and everything in between. Check out your local store to sign up! Also, make sure you look around the store. They have the best gifts, cards and paper products!

The event was complimentary for me, however, all opinions are my own.
