I’m so ready to start my @effectyhealth GLP-1 jour

I’m so ready to start my @effectyhealth GLP-1 journey as an #EffectyPartner. And I’m going to share the entire process with you! Ordering was so incredibly easy. I filled out the survey, answered some questions about my body, health history, and goals, and I heard from a doctor a few hours later. TWO days later, the meds showed up at my door. It couldn’t have been more seamless.

If you’ve been thinking about trying it, you can use my code RachelM100 to get $100 off your first order! (Link in my bio, too!)

And if you have any questions, leave them for me! I’m almost one week in and getting ready to take my next dose, so I can answer questions while I get it prepped!

Disclaimer: Licensed medical providers through the Effecty platform may prescribe FDA-approved medications as well as compounded medications. The weather is finally warmer and we’ve been spending so much more time outside. These are the top toddler toys my kids can’t get enough of! Plus, the driveway net keeps ‘em all where they’re supposed to be.Comment OUTDOORS and I’ll send you the link to all of them! If you’re prepping for preschool, daycare, or summer camps you need these labels! @brightstarkidsusa has been a favorite of ours since Carson was 6m and started Parents Morning Out. Now we’ve got double the labels and we’re having to stick them on everything!

They’re super handy for daycare and school no matter what age your kids are!

When I tell you I finally found the one…this is the one. @motherscience Molecular Hero Serum is my new favorite product in my routine. I’ve been suffering from super dry skin this winter, and hyperpigmentation ever since I was pregnant. This has made my skin feel so nice, so glassy, and so clear. Tap the link in my bio to try it out! #MotherScience #MotherSciencePartner

A few days late in posting but what’s new 😅 it’s been a busy first week back to usual after the holidays and now it’s time to come to terms with the fact that my half marathon is 2 weeks away!! Super thankful that my longest run of training is over to get back more time to myself.

Nice to meet ya, @fromroswell 👋 I’ll speak for all of Roswell when I say we’re soo excited to have a sibling spot for @fellowscafe! Word on the street is they’re getting an espresso machine soon and there will be even more baked goods in the future 👀 today there were loaves of bread, bagels, coffee drinks, cookies, and wine!

It’s so beautiful and thoughtful inside, I can’t wait to see it grow!
